ICPJ PEACE CAMP

Free.
June 17-21, 9 am-3 pm.   Ages 6-12.

Teens may apply to serve as Junior Counselors. Older teens & adults are encouraged to serve as teachers, helpers, and special presenters.

Through interactive games, crafts, music, stories, food, and meditation, participants focus on ways to promote peace every day.

Children with special needs may be accompanied by a sign language interpreter, TSS, or other adult helper.

Children pack lunch.
Registration and wait list open through May 18. First time campers given registration priority.

Donations welcome throughout the year. Suggested donation of $35/family, though not required.

4-H AG EXPLORERS DAY CAMP

Ages 8 – 12. Jun 17 – Jun 21, 8 am – 4pm

Activities in this week-long camp will focus on animal science, gardening, and the environment. We will take field trips to farms and parks, and finish the week with a trip to Lancaster’s Turkey Hill Experience!

$155 due by May 20.

SOUTHCENTRAL CAMP CADET

Sleepaway youth camp sponsored by Pennsylvania State Police, which provides participants with a positive attitude toward the Law Enforcement profession.

June 9-14. York College. Girls & boys aged 13 and not over 15 by June 1.
Applicants must be in good physical condition, provide Physical form, apply by April 30th, and attend Orientation on May 15th, 6-9 pm at the Eagle View Middle School/CVSD in Mechanicsburg.

YWCA CAMP CHAMP

YWCA of Gettysburg & Adams County
2 Gettysburg locations: 50 Expedition Trail (Commerce Park) and 909 Fairfield Road (Main location)
6:30 a.m.-6 p.m. (10 hour limit). Breakfast, lunch and pm snack included. Ages 5 (post-K) to 12th birthday.
Participants enjoy swimming in indoor pool, cooking, arts and crafts, physically active games, special themed weeks, walking excursions and bi-weekly field trips to area points of interest.
Program takes place while the Gettysburg School District is out and is designed for full summer participation.
$170.60/week plus $20 Activity Fee. Part Time $45.00/day
Part- Time enrollment for set days is available- $45.00 per day (2 day/week minimum enrollment) plus $5.oo activity fee on days of field trips (based on availability.)
