Building Youth Resilience
RESILIENCE is a person’s ability to successfully adapt to life’s challenges.
Quality Out-of-School-Time programs help young people build resilience. OST programs join families, schools and faith groups in offering skill-building, opportunities and recognition in environments with clear standards and interested, caring adults.
Kids participating in OST programs engage in self-discovery, risk-taking, ‘making a difference,’ reflection, social connection, physical exercise, interest advancement, outdoor time & more!
