EASTERSEALS – U.T.H. ADAMS COUNTY DAY CAMP

Under The Horizon, 2650 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg.

For youth with disabilities ages 5 to 25.

Two week camp: 9am-3pm, June 17 – 21 and June 24 – 28.

A 2-week fun and educational camp where campers enjoy a setting that includes challenges, outdoor fun, and building social relationships.

Themed days/weeks include arts and crafts, group games, sensory activities, snack time, water play, and special guests.

$375  (Scholarships may be available to residents of Adams County.)

MIND AND BODY CAMP, UNDER THE HORIZON

Ages 7 – 12.

July 29-August 2, 9am – 3pm, .

One week of fun. Children will be immersed in fellowship and love at this unique studio. We will explore taking care of our mind and body through art, movement, and fun.  Children will explore numerous types of art forms, physical movement, and relaxation.  This camp will make a life-long impact.

‘VESSELS’ CAMP AT UNDER THE HORIZON

Ages 7 – 12.

1 week of fun, 9am – 3pm, July 8 – 12.

Children will be immersed in Christ’s love at this unique camp. We will explore His love through the Bible, pottery, and art. It is no accident that there is so much imagery of pottery and a potter in the Bible. This camp will make a life-long impact.

Afterschool 21st Century Community Learning Centers offer students a safe, supportive and fun place to grow. 

Homework Help/Tutoring, Interactive/Cooperative Activities, Positive Character Development, Academic Enrichment, Environmental Exploration, Career Development Options, and Fitness/Healthy Lifestyle Activities

Students participate with visiting musicians, artists, local craftsmen, and community partners!

Respective Solutions Group staff work with teachers to revisit school-day lessons while providing homework help, tutoring, and educational enrichment activities.

Components of this 21st Century Community Learning Center program include STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math), nutrition and fitness, positive behavior reinforcement, music and more!

We focus on creating educational, fun and safe environments for students to go after school.

Animal Clubs
A 4-H animal club is a club that focuses solely on one specific animal instead of projects. Members without animals are still able to participate in an animal club by completing an animal-less project.  Includes: Beef Club, Dairy Beef/Dairy Club, Goat Club, Adams County Horse Club, Poultry Club, Rabbit Club, Sheep Club, Swine Club
